Located right on the harbour front of St Monans with the most wonderful sea views, this is the ultimate in 5star luxury. All guests receive a welcome pack and a range of L'Occitane skin products. Fluffy white towels are supplied and all the bed linen is crisp white Egyptian cotton sheets. Goose down duvets and Angorra wool blankets are perfect for those cold winter nights. With free broadband, MP3 sound system in the kitchen, digital tv channels and tv, video and dvd in the upper bedroom, you can unwind and relax in style!
The accommodation comprises of 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin room. The rooms have super comfy, super king size double beds, plenty of storage space, hairdryers and suitcase stands. Three bedrooms have views towards the harbour. All the public rooms in the house are large and because the house is split over 3 storeys you can easily find a quiet space to be, even when others might be making a noise!
1 Mid Shore is warm and comfortable as well as being beautifully fitted out.
On the 1st floor there is the sitting room with it open log fire. The room is large and 3 of the 4 windows have window seats and you can spend hours watching the harbour life and beyond. We have seen whales and dolphins from here as they make their way up the Forth. There is a massive leather sofa and large arm chairs, a plasma TV, DVD and video are all there to make your stay even better. We have free broadband internet facilities too incase you need to surf!
The modern 'jack and jill' bathroom is fully tiled and has a spa bath and electric power shower. Downstairs the shower room is also fully tiled and has a Hans Grohe rain dance shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a double range cooker, a large American fridge freezer (with unlimited ice, crushed or cubed!) dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, food processor and panini machine - so nothing is overlooked! The oak dining table looks over the harbour and great parties can be had here.

The Lofthouse
This lovely pink 17th century house is located only yards from the harbour front in St Monans. With 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, it is perfect for a family or small group of friends to stay. Warm and cosy in the winter, light and airy in the summer. A wonderful self catering property in Fife. Sleeping 4, the Loft House is warm and comfortable as well as being beautifully fitted out. Fully refitted and modernised last year the house has still kept it's charm. From the moment you arrive, original flag stones in the downstairs hallway, the twisting staircase that is a main feature of the house as it leads you up the 3 stories to the top of the house. The open plan sitting room also has the galley kitchen and dining area within it. It has 2 large windows that have views out to the harbour. The contemporary 'hole in the wall' solid fuel stove is wonderful in the winter. There is a TV and DVD player, along with an MP3 speaker system to listen to. The designer kitchen is compact but fully equipped, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and all the cooking utensils you will need. On the second floor is a good sized double bedroom with another large window with views to the harbour. A very comfortable sealy king sized bed. Crisp white Egyptian cotton sheets, large fluffy white bath sheets and temple Spa skin care products will help you relax and enjoy your stay. The is plenty of storage space too, in cupboards and in pull out drawers in the bed base. There is a freezer and washing machine in the cupboard on the landing. The bathroom is fully tiled with natural stone and has a modern double ended bath and large hans grohe shower. This room too has a large window with views across the harbour and pantile roofs. The top floor has 2 single bedrooms, both have dormer windows with great views looking down and across into the harbour and beyond towards St Monans church and Elie. Both these rooms too have crisp white Egyptian cotton sheets, large fluffy white bath sheets and L'Occitane skin products. There is a TV in one of the single rooms. The house also benefits from brand new gas central heating and a combi boiler for endless hot water.
